**Explore Zion National Park Travel Art, in my "Zion National Park-Utah" Collection**
The Watchman, in Utah's Zion National Park (USA), one of the Park's most recognized feature. It sits prominently above the South Entrance Park Headquarters, The Watchman Campground, and the town of Springdale, Utah. This view of The Watchman is from the annex town of Springdale, Utah.
As part of a jagged ridge line that runs on the East side of Zion Valley, it GUARDS the the southern portion of this ridge, thus, this ridge is given the name "The Watchman."
One of the things that caught my eye, were the feathery clouds. The beautiful cirrus clouds, softly draped over "The Watchman" cliff face during sunset, really does look like feathers floating in the evening sky. Cirrus clouds are even sometimes referred to as "feather clouds."
All the statuesque sandstone cliffs, were a glow at golden hour, and the awesome clouds, a total favorite of mine. To capture this outstanding beauty, was really "A Feather In My Cap!"

Our first sundown on our trip to Zion National Park. It is an amazing and stunning place, affording many beautiful photo opportunities. This is what surrounds the little town just outside the Park. Walking distance from my hotel accomodations. The sandstone cliffs are awesome, but it's the clouds that were the icing on the cake. I also appreciate you choosing this as one of your favorites. 💕Janet
