**Explore Zion National Park Travel Art, in my "Zion National Park-Utah" Collection**
Here we are in Zion National Park, Utah (USA). To get to this spot, one has to walk from Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, Shuttle Stop 4, up to "Sand Bench Trail." To begin that journey on that trail, the Virgin River would get in our way. To "Bridge The Gap" one only has to cross "The Hikers' Bridge." Just a start to the beauty that one can enjoy.
On the left we see, standing like a tall watchman over the canyon, is "The Sentinel," one of the most famous rock formations and prominent figures of the park, with towering sandstone in rusty orange layers and an imposing summit. The Sentinel sits across from the Court of the Patriarchs. On the right, we can see the Abraham rock formation. A gorgeous backdrop to the cottonwood trees' autumn colors.

Love the title to this excellent image as well as the perfectly positioned bridge leading off to the grandeur! Excellent eye for the scene and intriguing, informative description as always!
Janet Marie replied:
What you described here Chance, is exactly what I tried to accomplish with this piece. Before crossing this bridge, I walked down to the river bank and took a special photograph that Jerry painted. You saw it hanging up in our dining area. Thank you once again for having appreciation for my title, description, and the composition of this piece. It means a lot that you like it. Janet đź’•

Painting this very bridge was somewhat challenging, dear Janet. Actually, the entire 32” x 48” painting was. In fact, it rocked my world for a few weeks. I like the iron frame SHADOWS ciss crossing the walkway! Lovely POV here! Fav / like
Janet Marie replied:
I can imagine that painting this bridge could be somewhat challenging. For me, it would be impossible. So I have to give you lots of credit, and say bravo. I am quite pleased with this photographic moment (as I am not always pleased with everything I shoot, especially if the camera doesn't cooperate. I am so glad you noticed the shadow, creating a pattern on the bridge, and like it, as well as liking the perspective. Thank you for all of that, and for choosing this as one of your favorites too! đź’•đź’•đź’•đź’•
