**The del Lago Golf Club beauty and experience~Collection**
I am not a golfer, but my married children are. They love participating in this sport, especially doing so on the beautiful, Arizona, golf courses. We were invited to come along for the ride (literally, as we followed in our own golf cart).
Of course I brought my camera, not realizing what awesome Sonoran Desert beauty awaited me. The Rincon Mountain views added to the experience. It was the Sunday before Cyber Monday shopping day. What gorgeous weather we experienced.
The del Lago Golf Club is the centerpiece of Rancho del Lago, a master-planned community, located about 20 minutes from downtown Tucson, off Interstate 10. The course is a pleasure for golfers due to the natural beauty of this high course, with an elevation of 3,400 feet – and five or more degrees cooler, than Tucson during the summer months (although you would want to start early that time of year).
It's described as an "unparalleled golfing experience!" Here is one of the reasons why, the many waterways throughout the course. The trees share their golden colors of autumn. Which made for a double the pleasure experience, of "Quiet Reflection," in one of the many waterways throughout the course. I wonder how many golf balls have landed in this pond.

We have had nothing but blue skies and sunshine. We did experience some cirrus clouds dancing across the blue skies, on January 3rd while taking a trek through Tortolita Mountain Preserve. Golf courses are built highlighting the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. This one is nearby to where we live. Our children play golf, and took us along for the ride, literally. I also appreciate your well wishes for the year, and Jerry and I hope your year is good too. Sending hugs from Arizona to New York.
