Description
I love the Summer Monsoon Rainy Season, in the Arizona Sonoran Desert, because it means FABULOUS, MASSIVE CLOUDS, and glorious colors. I love clouds in all their various stages.
August 2018, has had some amazing monsoon cloud formations at sunset. Looking west towards the Tucson Mountain Range, the sky never disappoints with glorious color, lighting up the dense rain clouds.
It's a most exhilarating experience, to be out photographing the power and beauty of these storms. What luscious hues in this cloud-scape, it's a "Glowing Embers Sunset, making a vivid impression.

I really can't take credit for the amazing colors, and how gorgeous our Arizona sunsets are, as that goes to the Designer of the atmospheric conditions that give us such beauty. But one does have to be in the right place, at the right time, and taking notice. I never take such beauty for granted.
