As the day was ending on July 4th, nothing could top the fireworks in the sky, with these glorious sunset shots over Arizonaโs Tucson Mountain range. The monsoon season in the Sonoran Desert, produces such breathtakingly, beautiful sunsets. This is a spot near my home, where there have been many phenomenal sunset images captured. It was taking on such a beautiful, gorgeous red hue. So I truly was "SEEING RED AT SUNSET!!!"
Little did I know I would become a โcloud whisperer,โ with endless opportunities of being in the right place at the right time, to capture all this phenomenal atmospheric conditions.

Thank you Chance! I appreciate revisits to my gallery, especially when stated as doing so. At the end of August, the sun is of course no longer going down behind the Tucson Mountain range. It is working itโs way to the southwest. I wouldnโt be able to get this shot from this spot, as the desert vegetation has grown quite tall, blocking the view of the mountains. This was my first attempts of getting my monsoon sunsets, new to FAA. But July 2017, I witnessed and was able to capture some doozies. I appreciate your enthusiastic words expressed, and continued support. So glad you like it.

I truly appreciate it! I treasure the sunsets that have that gorgeous red tone, as it doesn't happen very often. If you notice the sun is setting between the 2nd and 3rd peak of the Tucson Mountains, working its way to the left. In June it was to the right of the 3rd peak.
