Every flower has something special to tell a person. Whether you are giving flowers as a gift or just having them for your own enjoyment. We use flowers to express ourselves in every possible way. Artists of every medium, are inspired by the beauty they see in nature and they use that beauty to create their own works of art.
I have certainly enjoyed so many artistic possibilities with my deep red geraniums. Capturing them in various stages of growth, and times of the day. There are many different varieties of these flowers growing all around the world. Since geranium flowers are gentle and fragile, it is no wonder that this flower in particular is the symbol of gentility and kind nature.
In my Arizona Sonoran Desert landscape that surrounds me, I find it difficult, to keep critters from eating up the garden flowers. These are kept in a somewhat protective area. So...”so far, so good,” as the saying goes, for here they are, "In Full Bloom!"

Garden flowers are a tough one with all the critters that want to devour them. They chomped my gerber daisies down to nothing. But I did get to enjoy them for two months.
