For as long as humans have been around to look up at the night sky, we've been fascinated by the moon. The moon has been the focus of countless songs, poems, famous paintings, stories, myths, and legends throughout the years.
The moon, a beautiful light in the sky, which has impacted our lives in so many ways. Many idioms, expressions, and phrases have been inspired by this gem, our moon. Such as "Over The Moon", "Once In A Blue Moon", "To Promise the Moon", "Shoot For the Moon", "Many Moons Ago" to name a few.
One can certainly find a lot of information about the moon on the internet, and I will leave that for you to investigate for yourself.
I love to look at the moon in all its various stages and looks. The full moon especially interests me, and in the past, my husband and I would plan our family trips around a full moon.

Thank you, Sharon! I know what you mean. It is so nice when I can get it right. I have to use my 2000MM camera for this one. And I didn't use a tripod. Tripods and me don't get a long. I appreciate your lovely comment.
