Viva!! How lovely and sweet of you to stop by. What scrumptious words to describe my photography here. This rose had such wonderful luscious layers to it and the most gorgeous pink with a little bit of magenta lines in the petals made me want to dance. I was a little down that day and having my friend invite me to visit her wonderful garden and have this fabulous photography opportunity. I Was not even really dressed for the occasion but I had so much fun doing it and really lifted my spirits. I love to share that energy back with others. To stop and smell the roses is an expression that means to take time out of one’s busy schedule to enjoy or appreciate the beauty of life. It doesn’t necessarily mean to literally smell the roses. In this case I was feeling down that day and I literally and figuratively stopped to smell the roses. This a favorite of mine and I happy to know that you have made it one of your favorites too! I wish you could smell it too! I have never had the opportunity to photograph so many roses. I was a bit down, so I stopped to smell her roses. I really wasn't dressed for the occasion of using my camera, walking around in a garden with heels, panyhose, skirt, top, and a Fedora hat. But hey I am WOMAN hear me roar! LOL! 💕Janet

I agree about the saying! In Paula's case it sure does work both ways! Roses are for so many things, love being at the top for sure!! I am glad to know I am your rose. Nothing fancy done here. Just up close and personal, capturing without a paintbrush and canvas, of my favorite flower. 💕💕💕💕
