Arizona's Grand Canyon National Park (USA), is one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World and its vastness humbles the artist and photographer. It is such a joy to attempt to capture its beauty, needing to be in the right place at the right time.
When walking along the rim trail this lovely spring day, I like to stop and peer through the fascinating, rustic trees (I love rugged trees) they have in the Grand Canyon!! I love the way this rustic tree, “The Cliffrose” ( can reach heights of 18 feet) with its gnarly trunk and branches, frames this Mind-Blowing view. I never know what I will be surprised to see and view, from the rim. What you see below, is Bright Angel Canyon. Towering in the distance are Zoroaster and Brahma Temple rock formations.
All I can say is, that what I see through the trees at Mojave Point, is "Mind-Blowing!!!"

Thank you Kathy. I agree. I love stopping along the rim trail and looking through the trees, rather than just the viewpoints. I avoid the crowds, as people seem intent on getting somewhere, and are busy on their phones or chatting with those in their group. My FAA artist husband, painted this spot, using my image as a reference. It’s one of thirty-two paintings. So, we know Grand Canyon very well.

Thank you, Jenny for that. Imagine walking along the rim and stopping between the marvelous trees at Grand Canyon National Park and seeing the GRANDeur of this place. Like looking into some secret world. My husband like this so much, he did a painting using this image as a reference. I have been most disappointed with posting this on Twitter. Very few seem to retweet it. Not all have the appreciation for such a fabulous place.
