I love the Arizona Sonoran Desert, Summer Monsoon Rainy Season, because it means FABULOUS CLOUDS, I love clouds in all their stages. I can be imaginative with the clouds and form many thoughts as to what I see with the clouds.
August 2018, has had some amazing monsoon cloud formations at sunset. Everyday was something new to behold. It's a most exhilarating experience, to be out photographing the power and beauty of these storms. The Arizona Sonoran Desert has some of the most stunning skies at sundown. With the sun about to go down behind the Tucson Mountains, it has really lit up the sky with such a vibrant glow, looking like rings of fire in the clouds. It certainly is a "Flaming Desert Sky!" Making for a wonderful backdrop for a silhouetted desert.
