Purple is my passion color. It combines the calm of blue and the vibrancy of red. The color purple is often associated with royalty, creativity, peace, and grandeur. Having a wonderful effect on the mind and body, uplifting, calming, increases sensitivity, encouraging imagination and creativity.
Like these bell shaped Notch-leaved Phacelia (phacelia crenulata, related to the forget-me not family, coming in many other varieties too), purple flowers are rare, and are considered delicate and precious. They give me a feeling of romance, feminine energy, gracefulness, and elegance. Just imagine, "A Little Patch Of Purple" doing all that! Just some of my purplelicious for spring in the Arizona Sonoran Desert.

These bell shaped Notch-leaved Phacelia, are such tiny wildflowers, but your macro photography of them, sure packs a punch. I certainly enjoyed your description of them.
