Arizona's Grand Canyon National Park (USA), is one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, and its vastness humbles the artist and photographer. It is such a joy to attempt to capture its beauty, needing to be in the right place, at the right time. As we were, on this unique day at dawn!
This is a famous landmark at Arizona's Grand Canyon National Park. Named by geologist Charles Dutton in the late 1800's, Isis Temple after ancient monuments of Ancient Egypt.
This phenomenal August morning sunrise, was full of atmosphere, creating soft hues on the Canyon's famous landmarks, Isis Temple, Cheops Pyramid, and Plateau Point. I loved how the Canyon was lit up, amidst a cloudy, rain mist backdrop, showcasing Mather Point, "In The Misty Morning Rain!"
